oh the soreness

yes...the soreness you get when you don't hit up the gym. its been a month ( i think) since i rolled my fat ass into the gym. at this point, i feel so mushy, lazy, and very tubby-ish. so i weighed myself and took my body fat percentage and not to my surprise, body fat percentage went up 3% from 17 and weight went up 5 pounds from 168. look at the maglalatik pics from gary's set and its evident of what i'm complaining about. what's so sad is that my forearms are cramping as i'm typing this entry. lifting hard as if i never left the gym was a bad idea...as my forearms are cramping due to a back and bicep routine. very packing sad.

so, i'm on a mission to lose 15lbs. of body fat in one month for the brazil trip. that means no more food challenges with almar and ernie.

sure! just let me know what are yours and/or nick's exercise goals...and i'll write up a routine.

p.s. dam the spurs are losing. looks like a 3-3 game.
 
damn, i know what you mean. i just went back to the gym yesterday and started to eat "healthier" -- am i in a grumpy mood or what???
